About
Operating first. Carbon second.
Regenera is a joint venture that develops and structures natural-capital assets, held through project vehicles. It develops restoration, forestry, mangrove, conservation and agritourism assets as long-duration operating businesses, with carbon and biodiversity revenue as optionality on top of an operating base — never the thesis.
Our purpose
A gap the size of the balance sheet, and the credible way in.
Nature-negative finance still dwarfs nature-positive flows — a large, investable gap. Meanwhile carbon-led plays are stalling on permanence, leakage and community-rights failures. Regenera leads with operating assets and treats carbon as optionality — the credible way in.
Three moves, in order. Operating assets first: restoration, forestry, mangrove, conservation and agritourism assets underwritten as operating businesses. Ring-fenced project vehicles: each project sits in its own vehicle, containing land, country and permanence risk. A written integrity standard: consent, benefit-sharing, biodiversity baselines, third-party verification and no-go criteria govern every project before capital, not after.
At a moment when capital demands integrity, Regenera is built to be integrity-first and bankable.

The joint venture
Co-founded, and jointly governed.
Regenera Natural Capital is co-founded and jointly governed by Sarnian Group and Fellow Future, combining capital formation and investment execution with market infrastructure, ecosystem orchestration and impact intelligence.
Regenera is a joint venture, not a platform with a contractor attached. Sarnian Group and Fellow Future co-chair the board, and control of strategy, standards, brand and partner admission is held jointly. Independence is not a statement of intent here; it is a committee structure.
Founders & team
The team beneath the principals is named under NDA, as counterparties are.

Where we operate
Latin America · Sub-Saharan Africa
We publish geography at continental level: no district, settlement or coordinate, because a plotted position would identify an estate whose name is withheld until the asset has cleared the gate. The flagship projects and centres of excellence are the exception, named and placed as the platform presents them publicly.
