Integrity
Proven before promoted.
A written group nature-integrity standard governs every project before capital, not after. It is owned by the Natural Capital Task Force — which does not invest — so the body that sets the gate is never the body that wants through it. The standard, the governance that holds it and the measurement that tests it are documented on the three pages under this one.

The Integrity Standard
Five non-waivable clauses — consent, benefit-sharing, biodiversity baselines, third-party verification and no-go criteria — and the frameworks the platform is designed to: IFC Performance Standards, EU SFDR and Taxonomy, EUDR-native traceability, TNFD and carbon integrity.

Governance
Two principals, one board, co-chaired and outnumbered on purpose. The Investment Committee decides investability; the Integrity, MRV & Safeguards Committee owns the gate — and the two are structurally separated.

Measurement & verification
Measurement is a condition of money, not a report about it.
Digital measurement, reporting and verification aligned to the TNFD’s LEAP assessment process, with biodiversity baselines established before intervention rather than reconstructed afterwards. Third-party measurement, reporting and verification is one of the five clauses, and it cannot be waived.
Drawdowns are released against verified milestones. Carbon is underwritten conservatively and only where eligible, with buffer provisions held. Where the measurement does not support the claim, the claim is not made.

Disclosure & data room
What is public, what follows registration, and what sits in the data room.
What is public here is the class, the venture and the method. Project detail, projections and structuring move to the Opportunity Room after registration and approval, and further detail — decks, models and the record behind them — sits in a data room on request, under NDA.
