Nature Doesn’t Operate in Silos
Nature doesn’t create value in silos. Neither should natural capital investment.
How it works
Operating first, contained, and gated.
Regenera develops restoration, forestry, mangrove, conservation and agritourism assets as long-duration operating businesses. Carbon and biodiversity revenue is layered on top of an operating base — never the thesis.
Each project sits in its own ring-fenced vehicle, containing land, country and permanence risk where it is taken. A written integrity standard governs every project before capital, not after, and third-party measurement, reporting and verification tests it throughout.
The Integrity Gate
How an opportunity moves through the gate.
An opportunity is originated, screened, and then put to the gate: consent, benefit-sharing, biodiversity baselines, third-party verification and no-go criteria, owned by a committee that does not invest. Only what clears it is structured into a vehicle, brought into operation and verified season by season.

The premise
Forests, water, soils, biodiversity, food systems, productive landscapes and communities are deeply interconnected. The health and resilience of one system influences the others — and so does the value they can create over time.
Regenera therefore looks beyond individual assets and sectors to the wider systems they are part of. We may enter through a specific investment opportunity, but we consider how it connects to the ecological, economic and social systems around it — and where those connections can strengthen both resilience and long-term value creation.

Natural Capital Verticals
Our verticals provide different entry points into these interconnected systems. They help us identify and develop opportunities while allowing us to work across traditional sector and asset-class boundaries.

Nature-Based Infrastructure
The opportunity lies not only within each vertical, but at the intersections between them.
Regenerative Territories
Where the Verticals Come Together
Regenerative Territories bring natural systems, productive activities, communities, infrastructure and investment opportunities together within a place-based strategy.
Forests, agriculture, water, biodiversity, tourism and the visitor economy, infrastructure, local enterprise and communities all interact within the same landscapes. By looking at these relationships together, we can identify opportunities that may remain invisible when assets and sectors are considered in isolation.
Rather than treating each intervention independently, Regenera looks for ways in which complementary investments and economic activities — including tourism and the visitor economy — can reinforce one another.
A Regenerative Territory is therefore not another asset class or investment vertical. It is where multiple verticals, investments and forms of value can come together around the long-term potential of a place.

Asset development
Developed as operating businesses, held through project vehicles.
Restoration, forestry, mangrove, conservation and agritourism assets are underwritten as operating businesses rather than as grant lines or carbon plays. Baselines are established before intervention and outcomes are measured from the first season.
Each asset is developed and structured into its own vehicle, so what one project does to the ground is a record rather than a claim — and the risk it carries is contained where it is taken.
From Projects to Platforms
Building the Systems Around the Assets
Individual projects can create meaningful outcomes. But scaling natural capital requires the systems around those projects to work.
Projects do not exist in isolation. To become investable, executable and scalable, they depend on governance, capital, verification, technology, market access, execution capabilities, relationships and infrastructure working together.
Regenera brings these complementary capabilities together around real assets and opportunities — connecting what is needed from origination and development through investment, implementation, verification and market participation.
As projects develop into portfolios and connect across territories, shared capabilities, evidence, relationships and infrastructure can be carried forward rather than rebuilt each time. This creates the foundation for moving beyond individual projects towards more connected and scalable natural capital markets.
Capital & market access
Structured at the vehicle, de-risked at the point exposure is taken.
Development-finance and blended capital de-risk exposure at the point it is taken, and drawdowns are released against verified milestones. Regenera structures and facilitates investment, directly and alongside co-investors, project by project.
Offtake and market access are delivered under contract by counterparties outside the joint venture. Traceability is built in at origin, so provenance is market access rather than a compliance exercise.
The conditions
Beyond project viability
Technology and capital are not enough. Long-term performance depends on whether the surrounding system can support implementation — through local ownership, institutional capacity, aligned incentives, trusted relationships, effective governance, and the ability to adapt to place.
Regenera assesses these conditions alongside commercial, financial, environmental, and technical viability. This helps identify implementation risks early, strengthen project readiness, and build structures capable of delivering lasting value.
Measurement & intelligence
Measured by third parties, and carried forward.
Digital measurement, reporting and verification is aligned to the TNFD’s LEAP assessment process, with biodiversity baselines established before intervention. Third-party MRV is one of the five clauses, and it cannot be waived.
As projects develop into portfolios and connect across territories, evidence, relationships and infrastructure are carried forward rather than rebuilt each time — the intelligence the platform accretes.
Shared infrastructure
Connecting Capabilities Through Shared Infrastructure
Regenera Natural Capital brings together the expertise, capabilities and infrastructure required to develop, finance and scale natural capital opportunities across projects, portfolios and territories.
As co-founders of Regenera, Sarnian Group and Fellow Future bring complementary expertise, infrastructure, capabilities and networks into this model. Together, they create a broader foundation for developing, financing, governing, verifying and connecting natural capital opportunities across the market lifecycle.
Founding partner
Sarnian Group
Sarnian brings institutional, governance, fiduciary and capital expertise and infrastructure, supporting the structures through which assets, investment and long-term stewardship can be governed and managed.
Anchor joint-venture partner
Fellow Future
Fellow Future brings regenerative market, systems and transformation expertise together with shared market infrastructure and digital capabilities, connecting actors, opportunities, capital, intelligence and transactions while enabling data and traceability across markets and ecosystems.
