Regenera develops long-duration operating assets across Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa, organised into six classes. The classes are what the platform is built to develop and how each one is underwritten. The group’s own ventures are named inside the class they belong to; the counterparties, vehicles and holdings behind them are named under NDA, once an asset has cleared the integrity gate.

Native-forest and degraded-landscape restoration underwritten as a working asset rather than a grant line. Baselines are established before intervention and outcomes are measured from the first season, so what the ground did is a record rather than a claim made about it afterwards.

Long-rotation forestry
The patient end of the portfolio.
Origination and aggregation of high-integrity, long-rotation timber into single investable sleeves. The underwriting questions are tenure, management and offtake over decades — not a price print in any one of them.

Working conservation landscapes
Conserved land that still has to work.
Regenerative territories assembled as working landscapes rather than set-aside land, including transboundary programmes where community rights and cross-border coordination govern the design before the ecology does.

The blue end of the portfolio.
Estuarine and mangrove restoration underwritten for coastal resilience first, against a mandate somebody already has to meet. Blue-carbon revenue sits on top of that as optionality, and is never the reason the asset is taken.
