What this site collects, and why.
Three forms, one traffic count and one visitor-identification script. Nothing is sold, nothing is advertised against, and nothing is kept longer than the reply needs.
Who is responsible
Regenera Natural Capital is a joint venture of Sarnian Group and Fellow Future AB. Until the Regenera entity is registered, the two principals are jointly responsible for the personal data this site collects. Questions about it go to lloyd@sarniangroup.com.
The forms
The enquiry form, the updates form and the Opportunity Room request each ask for what is needed to reply: a name, an email address, an organisation, and what you are trying to establish. Submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts the site, and forwarded to the principals. They are used to reply to you, to decide whether access to further information can be granted, and — if you asked for updates — to send them. They are not added to any list you did not ask to join.
The updates list can be left at any time by replying to any update, or by writing to the address above. Enquiry and access-request submissions are deleted when the conversation they opened has ended.
The traffic count
Each page records one view to a counter the group runs itself. It sets no cookie and stores nothing that identifies you: the visitor count is derived from a daily-rotating hash of your address and browser, which cannot be reversed and does not survive the day. The count honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
Visitor identification
With your agreement, given in a notice on your first visit, the site runs LeadLens, a visitor-identification script operated by the group. It is not loaded until you agree, and declining changes nothing about how the site works. It sets one first-party cookie, a random identifier, so that the pages read in one visit can be joined into a visit. It looks up the organisation behind a network address in a business-contact database, so that an enquiry from an institution can be recognised as one. It does not identify an individual unless that individual has given their details in a form on this site, in which case the enquiry and the pages read before it are held together. It honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and the cookie can be cleared from your browser at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use, by writing to the address above. Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, the lawful basis for the forms is your request, and for the traffic count and visitor identification the group's legitimate interest in knowing who is reading and in following up an enquiry; you can object to the latter at any time.
